The Eight warranty has a validity of 3 years. It covers any type of manufacturing defect or material used in the product's manufacture.

It has limitations and exclusions:

  • Due to defects suffered during normal use of the article. 
  • Wear and tear on some parts due to normal use and lack of maintenance by the user (e.g. padding, liners, visors, solar visor mechanisms, PINLOCKs, etc.) 
  • Abuse of the article or any mechanism of the article, the warranty does not apply to problems derived from abuse, negligence, modifications, accidents, etc. by the user. 
  • Use of adhesives, glues or other products that may damage the surface of the article. 
  • Prolonged exposure to sunlight that may discolor the article or damage other parts of it. 
  • Exposure of the product on surfaces that may erode the surface or fabrics of the articles. 
  • Fluorescent colors (paints and/or decorations) may fade or degrade over time depending on the user's environment and repeated exposure to external elements, without this being considered a defect.
